Changed bmlstatus functions to work with BML feedback specification. Changed
local name to include name of BML block tag (instead of 'default0' -> 'gaze0'
or 'animation0')
Added bmlstatusfeedback.py function to data/ which converts feedback events
into feedback messages using EventHandler framework. This supports
<syncpointprogress> and <blockstart/blockend> BML spec.
Still a problem with strict ordering - bmlstart/bmlend may be disconnected from
syncpointprogress messages sjnce mechanism for calling those is different.
Event manager is no longer deleting event handlers since this caused a problem
when deleting Python-generated classes.
