Some fixes for python:
CreateCharacter() no longer crashes, although a character will not appear in
the scene
Added Attribute queries to SBCharacter: getAttribute(), attribute.getName(),
attribute.getValue() for primitive types (bool, int, string, double).
Remove time parameter from attributes (was being ignored anyway).
Fixed many getName() python functions to return by value (const std::string& in
c++)
