More tweaks for the reach controller so the hand action logic is more
reasonable :
1. character will not "pick-up" a pawn with no geometry.
2. character will use only the hand with an attached pawn when putting down the
object.
3. it is possible for each hand to grab a pawn
4. fixed some logic issues for the character to incorrectly release the
attached pawn.
The above rules can also be overrided by specifying the reaching hand
explicitly.
Next : fixed the issues with pawn referencing, which is causing the crash when
removing the target pawn while reach controller is running.
