Added MiniBrain. Can be invoked by:
char <name> minibrain on
This version will cause the characters to gaze at any object or character that
moves at a certain speed or faster and is within a 180 degree viewing distance
of the character.
Future versions will push this functionality to a Python script.
Removed logging of VR messages.
Added check in SrVec::norm() for zero-vector to avoid floating point error.
