Update the SBReach API implementation. Add corresponding python script for
example reach ( init-example-reach.py ).
Update ode library with double precision and add more implementation for
physics based character. Still not fully working, and is disabled for now.
Update the joint search function in SkSkeleton to also look for external joint
names.
