Added speechrelay.bat and .sh to core/FestivalRelay
Added ability to launch Festival relay from Debugger window.
Removed Scripts/ option from debugger window.
Replaced common.sk with one that does not include visual or collision geometry
- noone uses it, so we shouldn't waste time/memory loading it. Put old
common.sk -> common_geom.sk.
Fixed help output in FestivalRelay
