Some optimizations to VisemeData() class.
No longer sending commands for curves of zero length.
Removed most mark() used for performance profiler - will restore them later.
Added commands:
xmlcache on|off
xmlcache auto on|offset
xmlcachedir <-- currently not enabled.
which will cache XML/BML file reads.
Removed vrQuery commands - no longer in use.
Some changes to Panda3D viewer project.
