Added steering boundaries on edges of steering grid by default. This should
help to dissuade characters from going past the edges of the grid.
Can be turned off by setting boolean attribute on SBsteeringmanager
"addBoundaryWalls".
Need to coordinate steering commands with SBSteeringManager service.
