Cleaned up some names in Resource Viewer - made them more intuitive.
Added additional 50 pixel offset for attributes so that they will fit better
into window
Made most tree folders closed by default (although state of those branches is
not retained between 'reset' calls - will need to address this in the future).
Change controller function name from is_pass_through() to 'isEnabled' and
'setEnable'
