Added support for static meshes to be displayed on pawns in FLTK viewer - set
'mesh' attribute. Useful for prototyping (can read .obj or COLLADA files). No
textures - only grayscale for now.
Changed 'mesh' attribute on character to 'deformableMesh'.
Pawns meshes may be scaled using 'meshScale'.
Added error handle to ODE to prevent ODE from crashing SmartBody when it finds
an error.
