Added default attributes from controllers to SBCharacters. Attribute callbacks
will occur in controller code for non-scheduled controllers (i.e. eyelid).
Added "eyelid.blinkPeriodMin" and "eyelid.blinkPeriodMax" to determine blink
period (defaulted to 4,8).
Updates to SmartBody Manual: Configuring FACS and visemes, configuring blinking.
