Added default attributes for breathing controller which can be set
per-character:
breathing.motion = motion to use as a breathing overlay
breathing.useBlendChannels = instruction to use blend shapes instead of motion
overlay
breathing.bpm = breaths per minute
Added breathing configuration to SmartBody Manual.
