Added attribute "speechRelaySoundCacheDir" to SBScene to allow coordination of
speech relay audio files with SmartBody. Previously, SmartBody was looking in
directory ../../../.. which meant that the executable had to be run from that
location.
Fixed crash when running steering and characters have no locomotion state.
