- Added ParameterizedAnimationRequest for bml behaviors and move the head
movement timing calculating code there. (May need to come up with a better
scheduler for this bml behavior, currently using buildSchedulerForConstantSpeed
- Move head_param_anim_ct downstream of head_sched_p
- Remove parser_bml_panimation related code which is not needed.
- Fix the time offset related bug inside MeCtParamAnimation (Need more cleanup)
