update OpenCollada animation parsing. Originally, the joint name and type for a
float-array is "guessed" from the float array name, which is very unreliable.
Now parse each float array separately and determine its type and corresponding
joint based on <channel target>. The result is more robust for different type
of exported collada files.
Add initial placeholder code for animation retargeting. Still need to fill out
the details.
