Initial implementation of footplant detection. It is roughly based on the
method used in autoFootStep editor. However, it uses a different constraint
merging heuristic to determine the duration of each foot plant.
Update ogre viewer to handle the pawn creation and pawn position update. Change
the smartbody listener in smartbody-dll to also handle pawn creation.
