Initial implementation of API function "constrain" for SBMotion. It's part of
motion retarget API to constrain the target skeleton's end effectors to follow
the trajectories from the source skeleton.
Initial test shows this to be a much better way to clean up foot sliding
artifacts. More sophisticated heuristic would probably needed to warp the end
effector trajectories so they are always within the reach of target skeleton.
