sbmonitor - copy msvc*100.dll to the .exe folder.
Visual Studio 2010 now allows this form of redist for the runtime (like it did
in the good ol days). This makes it so the vs2010 runtime installer is no
longer needed to run our apps.

We do this only for the Release builds. We are not allowed to redist the debug
dlls (msvc*100d.dll). You must either have Visual Studio 2010 installed, or
manually copy the debug dlls over (from the NoRedist folder). This has always
been the case, this is just a reminder.
