fixed the guess mapping code, now it can find the right mapping for this adapt
skeleton which has single-finger hand joints. Basically the code assume hand
joint was correctly found and proceed with arm joints (which might not be the
case as we don?\226?\128?\153t have 5-finger hand to be sure it is the hand).
