Added: File/Quit to sbm-fltk
Diphone viewer now can dump missing diphones
Fixed some attribute persistence writing
Initial commit of 'save' and 'export' functionality:
scene.save() will save the entire scene to a .py file.
scene.export() will save the entire scene as well as copy assets to a new
directory.
export() will allow portability of SmartBody scenes.
Unfinished:
-need to save attributes
-need to save services
-controller state not considered
