Some fixes to save() functionality, mostly attribute writing. Still untested.
Added File->Save menu function.
Added Help->Create Python API menu function which will write the Python API
into a set of HTML files.
Added SBObserver::hasDependency()
Added to Python: SBAttribute::getDefaultValue()
Tweaks to mocapreaching behavior set
