Restored default-init.py to four character demo with reaching.
More fixes to scene.save() functionality.
Added attributes for default controllers back - were accidentally removed two
months ago. This would have prevented customization of controllers on a
per-character basis (gaze, for example).
Fixed error in SBDesktop build.
Reset default gaze speed to 5000 from 1000.
Added methods to joint map to determine which motions/skeletons have been
mapped with them.
Added SBSkeleton::getFileName()
