Update SbmDebuggerServer/Client to make use of scene->save() for sending over
the scene initialization. This allows a more unified/persistent way of
recreating SmartBody scene. Tested fine on both SmartBody default-init scene
and Strive Test Locomotion scene.
Add mirrorChildren Python API to only mirror children of a specified parent
joint. This allow partial mirroring on some animations.
Some fixes for warning.
