python - added one more VS2010 binary. Compiled by me. Reference r3872, r3535
and r3296 for background.
Reference PCbuild\readme.txt for details on compiling this.
This was my steps:
- svn export http://svn.python.org/projects/external/bzip2-1.0.5 put it in
line with Python-2.6.6 folder
- On Release, right-click bz2, Build.
