smartbody - under Win32, manually unload .pyd files after calling Py_Finalize()
via FreeLibrary(). List is hard-coded to the standard .pyd files in the
Python26 DLLs folder.
This is to hopefully resolve the crash issues we've been seeing when reloading
the scene over and over.
