Fixed parsing for Ogre XML mesh format. Now the skinned mesh is loaded and
rendered correctly.
Still some issues with retargeting behavior sets. Mostly related to joint name
guessing ( ninja, penguin ), initial facing direction ( robot ), and skeleton
setup ( penguin ).
