Add initial implementation for JointMapViewer. The current joint map is listed,
and can be modified to apply on other characters/skeletons. The goal is to
integrate this with behavior set to form a intermediate UI window during
automatic retargeting. This way user intervention is allowed to fix incorrect
joint name guessing.
