Add JointMapViewer window into part of behavior set retarget process. The user
should change and apply the correct joint map in the UI before select behavior
set. Right now both windows are popped up at the same time, should restrict
them to show up in order.
Fix the case when apply joint map on the skeleton of an existing character, and
his controller channels didn't get updated correctly. This would cause crash
when applying motions/blends on the existing characters with new joint names.
Add "skeleton" item under character in resource viewer. Now the user can check
the skeleton for a specific character to verify the joint names are mapped
correctly.
Some minor tweaks in behavior setup scripts to look for existing retarget
motions.
