More update for JointMapViewer. Change the way mapping UI is organized so the
list are created according to source joint names ( instead of SmartBody joint
names. ) Add highlight on selected joint name mapping. This makes it more
intuitive to change and update the joint mapping.
Next : Add UI camera control on skeleton viewer, and allows click selection
directly inside the skeleton viewer.
