Added .smartbodysettings file to set a mediapath and Python lib. The intention
is to automatically set the media path on load.
Fixed a crash in the automatic joint map when the base has < 3 children
Added SBScene.set/get/remove/removeAll SystemParameters() which persist beyond
the life of the Scene (global setting).
Removed exception from steersuite when violating certain constraints to prevent
crashing.
