Added keyboard functions to sbm-fltk (will be changing the name to something
like 'sbapp' in the future):
- 'f' frames character or pawn in the scene if selected, if nothings is
selected, camera will frame the entire scene.
- 'del' removes a character or pawn.
Removed more static references to "../../../.."
