Added SmartBody project in VS2010. Eventually will replace smartbody-dll and
smartbody-lib.
Still need VS2008 version of SmartBody project.
This SmartBody library can now be used as an embeddable Python library.
Removed bml2anim references - no longer needed since we now have the gesture
maps.
