Cameras are now pawns. A defaultCamera will be created with every fltk scene
(not the case when using the SmartBody library directly).
Camera code will ultimately get pushed up to UI layer, but it is already
connected to the mcu, so there is no additional dependency created here.
Added UI capability to add/remove/switch to various cameras in sbm-fltk.
