Do not use this revision (unstable) - use r4146 instead.
Removed cleanup of EventHandlers on reload (likely related to Python instances).
Synchronized scene.setScale() with scene's "scale" attribute
Made COLLADA parsing a little more efficient by only searching to a particular
depth when looking for "library_" elements. More optimizations can be done to
COLLADA parsing Also changed some vhcl::tokenize() calls to use
boost::tokenizer.
In examples, changed EventHandler to SBEventHandler to conform to new API
