update cerevoice relay project to use the new cerevoice library. The
text-to-speech is now working, but the remote speech functionality in SmartBody
doesn't seem to work well. ( So the .wav is correctly synthsized, but in
SmartBody the character does not move lips and there are problems in audio
playback. ) Need to figure out the fix for this later.
