Fixes -fps= command line parameter.
BMLR (and other bonebus applications) works better now, since the network is no
longer being flooded.
Added -fps=60 to BMLReachObject.asm
Changed handling of BoneBus errors in BMLR to using try/except clauses. Now
getting acceptable frame rates (20+fps).
