branch - rearranged some source files in the project so that the slower files
compile first and faster files compile last.
in general, this usually has little effect on things. But the way
smartbody-lib source is written, SB* files compile slower than sr_* files. by
doing this gross rearranging, it has a surprisingly good effect on compile
times.
