VS2010: Moved ogreviewer, simplesmartbody and sbdesktop to depend on
SmartBody.dll instead of smartbody-lib.lib.
Still need to make these changes on vs2008 project, OSx and Linux platforms.
Added PythonLibPath to OgreViewer config file.
Added name to VHMesg service so it appears in Resource Window properly.
