Fixed some issues from example scripts :
1. fix problems in locomotion post-ik fix.
2. add scale parameter in steering agent to account for retargeting locomotion
blend
3. rename male locomotion behavior set script files to avoid naming confusion
4. change CrowdDemo, SteeringDemo scripts to use on-line retargeting.
