Fixed the 'AddCharacterDemo.py' example script to use mocap locomotion instead
of old locomotion animation set.
Update the setup scripts for mocap locomotion to include state transition
between start-to-walk and locomotion.
Some bug fixes in animation blend transition and path following. This will
reduce some animation artifacts during transition. Revert the euler
decomposition back to use sr_euler code instead of gwiz_math code. This makes
the overall decomposition more robust when the angle is close to 180 degree.
