Support for .sk files with spaces in the joint names.
Previously, spaces were being substituted for underscores, but it doesn't
appear that spaces are treated separately than other characters in joints names
(except in old-style commands, but those are being phased out anyway).
Need to make similar adjustments to the .skm files.
