Fixed some bugs in OpenCOLLADA parsing :
1. better handling of effects/materials/texture images table look up. Still not
really robust, but would work mostly.
2. fixed the way a joint is added. The root joint must be set explicitly to
avoid problems when there are dangling joints ( no parent, non root joints ).
3. fixed problems with dangling joints when construct skScene.
Fixed setup scripts in behavior set. Now female locomotion and female gesture
works properly. Fixed some issues with Mocap reaching and locomotion as well.
