Fixed problems in reach controller which cause unnatural popping during
reaching. This is caused by some IK bugs.
Fixed motion->apply function for border case ( t = motion duration ). This
sometimes causes incorrect result in motion editor.
Fixed OpenCollada parsing for some .dae files.
