Add initial sets of tutorial scripts to accommodate the tutorials section in
SmartBody documentations. Currently it covers calling SmartBody Python API,
creating a simple pawn, loading various assets, and creating a simple
character. More to be done about using BML to create character behaviors, using
behavior sets, speech, locomotion, etc.
