Initial attempt nanoflann (BSD License) to replace ANN (LGPL). Fixed the motion
blending codes with the new library. Seems to work fine like before, so delete
ANN for now.
Need to update inverse blending with the new method as well.
Still need to fix CMakeList and other builds.
