Next attempt at adding revision number: use SubWCRev.exe from TortoiseSVN which
does variable substitution.
Added the following to a Pre-build event:
rem if exist "C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\SubWCRev.exe" "C:\Program
Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\SubWCRev.exe" src src\sb\SBVersionTemplate.hpp
src\sb\SBVersion.hpp
Remove the 'rem' from this pre-build step to enable version changing.
Added SBVersionTemplate.hpp which automatically generate SBVersion.hpp.
Need to make similar adjustments on CMake builds.
Added new SmartBody manual and API
