Now using rapidxml (instead of xerces) to parse COLLADA files - significant
loading time improvement. Still needs testing.
Can be disabled by setting attribute on scene "useFastXMLParsing" to False. Now
set to True by default.
Memory from rapidxml parsing not cleaned up yet - need to fix.
Added Help->About to Main window to retrieve SmartBody version number
