Add visualization for other type of blends in Blend Editor. Remove the blend
error/curvature visualization panel in blend viewer for now. It is not being
used and would require some efforts to fix all the issues. Fixed the refreshing
issue with auto-rigging in retarget viewer. Adjust the heights of grids to be a
bit above the ground to prevent z-buffer fighting. Also adjust the line width
so it's more visible.
