Add the option to scale the mesh before autorigging the mesh.
Usage :
change
setPawnMesh('testAutoRig', 'test.ply')
to :
setPawnMesh('testAutoRig', 'test.ply', 0.2)
Here '0.2' is the scale. This way the input model will be scaled first before
performing the autorigging operation.
