Fixed blip to t-pose that happened when gestures are coarticulated.
Problem was call to motion->connect(actor->skeleton) trying to glean velocities
from motion file.
A lot of removal of unused code in BML parsing and scheduling.
Some performance improvements when merging channels and joint map querying.
